We issue tracking number on every order you've place with us. We send all tracking number via email.
Depending on the item, which can vary on location (US or China). Most item will arrive within 2-5 business days if they are from our US warehouse. If dispatched from China it will usually take 2-4 weeks to receive your order.

Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.
Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. You may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order that contains multiple items that are shipped at different times.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a credit balance. How long will depends on your credit card processor and most refund clear within 2-5 business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes (including cancellations) to orders after they have been submitted. An item may only be canceled if it is currently backordered.

At the moment, we are only shipping to US addresses.
Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment.
Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO boxes are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
