Return policy

If you decide that an item that isn't the right fit for you, we invite you to visit our return page to process a return request. All returns must be sent back within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right.

Important things to know:
  • For most items -- You do not need to return the item back to us. If we request the item to be return, a pre-paid label will be issued.
  • Refund will be issued back as store credit only for reasons due to fit, color, shipping delays,or buyer's remorse. For all other reasons, a full refund will be issue back to your original form of payment. 
  • If an item is received damaged or not as described, please reach out to our support team. We can make it right!
  • Original shipping charge is included in store credit refund.
Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States:
  • Items purchased with store credits will always be refunded back as store credits. 
  • Returns refunded as credits cannot be changed to the original method of payment after the return has processed.
  • Store credits will be refunded back to your account 5-7 days after we have received your return order, while original payment returns (credit cards, PayPal, etc.) can take up to an additional 3-5 business days to be refunded.
  • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed
  • Only customers shipping to the 48 contiguous US states will have access to the pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping return label
Orders shipped internationally or outside the contiguous 48 United States:
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
  • No return shipping labels for orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States at this time.
